Cruden takes first job at £1.3bn Edinburgh Waterfront scheme

Cruden has secured the first phase of an ambitious £1.3bn scheme to create a new coastal town at Granton Waterfront in Edinburgh.
Edinburgh City Council has named the firm as the preferred bidder to take forward the first phase consisting of 750 net zero homes for slae and rent, a new school, medical centre and infrastructure.
In the next couple of years, the Council will work in partnership with Cruden to take forward pre-development works.Over the next 15 years, the regeneration of Grant
