Countryside Properties buys north west site for 1,200 homes

Countryside Partnerships and North West affordable homes provider Torus have acquired the 170-acre Peel Hall site in Warrington to bring forward 1,200 new homes.In what has been described as a ‘record land deal’ for the north of England,  homes will be delivered by both Countryside and Vistry’s house building business in a joint venture with Torus.
Countryside will deliver 595 affordable homes in partnership with Torus, as well as 595 homes available on the open market.The
