Cornish plant hire firm files administration notice

South west specialist Duchy Plant Hire Ltd has filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.
The St Austell based firm has a fleet of more than 400 construction machines supplying kit to sites across the region.
Latest accounts for Duchy Plant Hire for the year to December 31 2022 show the business employed 38 people and had assets of £15.2m.Data and credit checking specialist Red Flag Alert highlighted the firms’ administration notice with its regular checks of high court
