Contractor swap on troubled Oldham site

First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) has appointed a new main contractor to finish a delayed development of 30 apartments in Royton.
The housing association will use John Southworth Builders Ltd to complete the £3.7m project of affordable one and two-bed flats at Shaw Street.
