Construction set to start on stalled Liverpool site

Developer Bentry Capital has secured Gateway 2 approval for the first phase of the £87m Abbey Row site in Liverpool clearing its in-house contractor, Mellior Construction to start main works on the 241-home scheme next month.
The site has already been cleared and the initial subcontractor packages have been secured, allowing Mellior Construction to move directly into the principal construction phase.
