Construction costs cut for Plymouth city centre revamp

Construction cost estimates to regenerate Armada Way in Plymouth city centre have been reduced by nearly £7m after exploratory works at the site.
Plymouth City Council said the work will now cost £29.9m following previous estimates of up to £36.8m.
