Complete Utilities suspends trading

Gloucestershire based civils contractor Complete Utilities has ceased trading.
The firm was lead contractor on Gloucestershire and Herefordshire County Councils’ Fastershire project to lay the infrastructure for broadband provider Gigaclear.
