Collins Construction sold to staff

London and South East refurbishment and fit out specialist Collins Construction is the latest contractor to transition to employee ownership by its 168 staff.
The seven shareholders of Collins have completed the sale of the business to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in its 70th anniversary year.
Collins will continue to be led by its existing management team as turnover for the financial year to June 30 2026 is expected to leap 84% to hit £199m generating pre-tax profits of £6.7m.
