Clegg Construction sinks £3m into the red

Nottingham-based contractor Clegg Construction suffered a loss last year due to cost pressures on fixed-price contracts.
The construction arm of the Clegg Group saw revenue rise by 36% to £72m but suffered a £3.1m loss due to unavoidable pressures on the cost of delivering some existing fixed-price contracts secured in earlier years.
