Carnell poaches another National Highways director

Maintenance contractor Carnell has appointed Rich Marshall as Engineering Director.
Marshall joins from National Highways where he spent 20 years in a variety of senior roles including Transformation and Performance Director.
He follows fellow director Dean Sporn into the private sector after Skanska confirmed his new role last week.
