Cardo builds £314m maintenance giant in takeover blitz

Building maintenance specialist Cardo Group has built a £314m business following a rapid acquisition spree that has transformed the scale of the group.
The Cardiff-based social housing repairs and maintenance specialist reported statutory turnover up 65% to £239m in the year to February 2026, driven by organic growth and seven acquisitions.
