Capital&Centric to lead £50m Plymouth civic centre revival

Developer Capital&Centric has been picked to deliver the £50m revival of Plymouth’s long-empty Civic Centre tower.
The social impact developer will convert the Grade II-listed 14-storey landmark on Armada Way into 144 build-to-rent flats.
