Caddick wins £23m Lancaster extra care homes job

Caddick Construction has secured a £23m contract to deliver Lancaster’s first extra care facility on behalf of Progress Housing Group.
Groundwork is now getting underway in advance of main works on the 92-unit extra care scheme which is slated for completion in May 2025.
