Builders prefer poached eggs or porridge for breakfast
One of construction’s biggest on-site caterers is set to soon sell more healthy breakfasts than traditional fry-ups.
Construction catering specialist Bon Appetit feeds 30,000 hungry workers a day and has seen a gradual shift towards healthy eating.
