Bugler in talks to replace failed builder ARJ on flats job

Dacorum Borough Council is in talks with Bugler Developments to restart a stalled flats scheme in Hemel Hempstead.
Original builder ARJ Construction fell into administration not long after securing the project to build 56-flats, workspace and cafe at the former Paradise Depot.
