British Land revamp plan for Euston Tower

British Land has unveiled plans for a major overhaul of its Euston Tower building in London.
The developer has put contractors on alert for the project which will include a mixed approached including retention and re-use of existing structures and materials alongside addition of ultra-low carbon new structures.
This multi-layered approach aims to create a blueprint for the sustainable redevelopment of challenging, inflexible old buildings that can be used in the future.
