Britcon poaches Tilbury Douglas business development chief

Scunthorpe-based contractor Britcon has hired Tilbury Douglas national business development director Don Stewart to lead the next phase of growth.Stewart has joined the Britcon board as strategic director after a decade at Tilbury Douglas.
