Breedon snaps up third road surfacing contractor

Materials supplier Breedon has bought Midlands road surfacing contractor Phoenix as it continues to build up its Surfacing Solutions operation.
The latest deal follows the successful integration of Minster Surfacing last year, and the 2022 acquisition of Thomas Bow, a surfacing and civil engineering contractor based in the East Midlands.
With a £24m annual turnover, Phoenix Surfacing brings over 30 years of experience in the design and delivery of highways and infrastructure projects.James
