Bouygues breaks ground at £200m Welsh wellness hub

Bouygues has started site preparation works on the £200m Pentre Awel wellness village bringing together education, community healthcare and leisure facilities at one prime location along the Llanelli coastline.
Pentre Awel is the first development of its scope and size in Wales. On completion, it will provide medical research and healthcare delivery along with over 370 homes.
