Boot gets go-ahead for £140m Manchester office

Henry Boot’s development arm has secured planning approval for 200,000 sq ft office scheme in the St John’s District of Manchester city centre.
The developer is now seeking a joint venture partner to deliver its Grade A office scheme.
Situated on the corner of New Quay Street and Gartside Street, the Colloco building will rise to 16 storeys.
Designed by EPR Architects, the building will be Net Zero Carbon in both construction and operation and is targeting an EPC A and BREEAM Excelle
