Birmingham council submits £1bn Druids Heath plan
Birmingham City Council has submitted plans to regenerate Druids Heath estate with 3,500 new energy-efficient homes.
The final planning application for the largely-neglected area of the city was submitted, ending years of consultation and false starts.
