Bidding to start for £260m Digbeth cultural quarter

Property developer Cole Waterhouse will shortly start tendering the first phase of a £260m mixed-used scheme delivering 943 homes in the Digbeth area of Birmingham.
The developer has struck a deal with its finance partner to purchase of the site from multiple owners and proceed with the Upper Trinity Street scheme.
