Bidding starts for Pagabo £1bn refit and refurb deal

National framework provider Pagabo has opened bidding for its second-generation refit and refurbishment framework.
The framework worth an estimated £1bn will run for four years from March 2023 and will provide a compliant and collaborative route to market for public and private sector clients to procure refit and refurbishment works valued at £50,000 and above.
