Bid race starts for Norfolk £30m Long Stratton Bypass

Norfolk County Council has started the hunt for a contractor to deliver the £30m Long Stratton Bypass to the south of Norwich.
The major highways scheme will remove through traffic on the A140 from the centre of Long Stratton be providing a bypass to the east of the town.
The scheme involves building a single 3.9km carriageway road, three new roundabouts and two new junction arrangements.It will also involve two new overbridges and a new 450m single carriageway link into the town from the
