Bid race starts for £200m southern building framework

Hampshire County Council has fired the starting gun on the race to renew its Intermediate Construction Framework for projects up to £6.5m.
The council is on the hunt for up to six firms to deliver schools, blue light and other public sector new-build and refurbishment project across southern England.Successful firms will see the four-year framework start in July 2023 with an estimated total spend of £200m.Existing partners include Beard, Kier, Morgan Sindall and Wates Smartspace.
