Bid race for Middlesbrough £100m town centre scheme

Middlesbrough Development Corporation has kicked off its first procurement competition since being formed last month to regenerate a derelict brownfield site in the heart of the town centre.
The planned £100m Gresham scheme marks the first major project of many that will transform the town, creating jobs and opportunities for local businesses and it focuses on a site that has been left empty for decades.
The MDC is looking for a developer to bring forward the 2ha Gresham site, which is loc
