Bid race for £108m Leeds Kirkstall Corridor job

Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, has started the hunt for a builder to deliver phase one of of its 1,400 home Kirkstall Road development to the west of Leeds city centre.
The first phase of the development on the former Yorkshire Chemicals site will involve building a mixed-use project of four blocks providing 623 new homes and associated commercial space.
Latimer is holding out the prospect of sticking with the same builder to deliver the larger phase two works of 814
