Berkeley puts in plans for new Guildford quarter

St Edward – a joint venture between The Berkeley Group and M&G Real Estate – has submitted its planning application for the regeneration of the The Friary Quarter in Guildford.
The new neighbourhood of 473 homes will contain buildings ranging from four to 14 storeys, and a mix of new ground floor commercial and community spaces including a medical centre.
