Bennett lands £50m later living complex

Bennett Construction has bagged a £50m contract for a new later living village in Stapleford, Cambridgeshire.
The new scheme will offer 147 contemporary retirement properties with the first phase of the scheme due be completed next year and the whole scheme in 2025.
