B&K signs-off £60m Stoke Goods Yard job
Developer Capital & Centric has agreed a final contract price with Bowmer & Kirkland to build a £60m urban quarter next to Stoke-on-Trent’s train station.
The Goods Yard scheme will involve building a mixed-use community for 174 new homes, works spaces, shops, bars, cafes and a new public square at the Swift House site.
