B&K breaks ground at £150m Newcastle HMRC job
The redevelopment of Newcastle’s historic Pilgrim Street, almost 10 years in the making, has finally got underway with Bowmer & Kirkland breaking ground on the city centre site.
Developed by the Reuben brothers, the 43,000 sq m Pilgrim’s Quarter office complex will become home to HMRC’s largest regional hub employing 9,000 staff.
