BAM starts £88m Fife passivhaus school job

Bam has got the all-clear to start building a major Scottish passivhaus school project in Fife.
The £88m school, which is being delivered by hub East Central Scotland, is scheduled to open in 2026 and will replace the existing Inverkeithing High.
Being built on the former Rosyth Fleet Grounds, South West Fife High School will have capacity to accommodate around 1,800 pupils, over three floors.The school will use around 75% less energy than standard for a UK new build
