BAM signs £35m deal for Sunderland secondary school

BAM Construction has signed off a £35m contract to design and build Farringdon Community Academy in Sunderland.
The project at Allendale Road in the St Chads area of the city includes the partial demolition of existing school buildings, excluding sports facilities, and the development of a replacement school building, indoor swimming pool block, car parking and hard and soft landscaping.
