Balfour boss Leo Quinn backs rainbow lanyards

Balfour Beatty Group Chief Executive Leo Quinn is now sporting a rainbow lanyard on his company ID badge to show “visible leadership” in the contractor’s push towards “becoming a truly diverse and inclusive business.”
Quinn met last week with some of the co-chairs from Balfour Beatty’s five employee-led Affinity Networks – Ability, Gender, LGBTQ+, Multicultural and Neurodiversity.
He said: “The co-chairs of our LGBTQ+ Affinity Network described the
