Axed House by Urban Splash staff plan legal action

Staff hit by the collapse of Manchester based modular business House by Urban Splash have begun the process of taking legal action following claims that it failed to properly consult staff before making them redundant.
The offsite specialist went into administration last week with 160 staff made redundant at its Derbyshire factory and sites across the country.
