Another new name for former Kier Living housing arm

Private equity giant Terra Firm has merged its two house building businesses.
The new operation will be known as untypical and brings together Hopkins Homes and Tilia Homes with an initial target of delivering 2,000 houses a year.
Tilia Homes was formerly known as Kier Living before being rebranded by Terra Firma after its £110m acquisition in 2021.East Anglia based Hopkins Homes was acquired by Terra Firma in 2022.
