Ameon lands £10m M&E package from Willmott Dixon

Building services engineering specialist Ameon has been awarded the £10m mechanical and electrical contract on the Upperbanks development in Rochdale, Greater Manchester by main contractor Willmott Dixon.
Ameon’s contract will include responsibility for design and installation of all building services infrastructure, serving a development of 242 apartments and a 146-bedroom Hampton by Hilton Hotel.
