Acquisitive OCU swoops for south west contractor

Stockport-based OCU Group, parent company of O’Connor Utilities and Instalcom, has struck a deal to buy M&E and civils contractor Northavon Group.
The Somerset group of companies, includes Northavon Water Services, Hydrovein, and Multivein.
Jointly, the group turns over around £32m, operating primarily in the water sector in the South of England and South Wales.
