A57 Mottram Bypass start date now set for early 2025

National Highways has confirmed that main construction of the delayed £230m A57 Mottram Bypass scheme will finally get underway in early 2025.
Main works contractor Balfour Beatty has been given the go-ahead to start compound works this summer ahead of a start on the £300m project.
