800-bed Leeds student and shops scheme approved

A joint venture between investor Tri7 and Fusion Students has got the green light for a major purpose-built student rooms and shopping scheme in Leeds.
The plan will see the demolition of The Core shopping centre in the city to make way for 807 student bedrooms and around 36,000 sq ft of retail at ground level, including two new arcades.
