£740m South East Consortium housing upgrade winners

Housing procurement group, the South East Consortium, has selected 30 contractors for its £740m Internal & External Building Works framework.
The framework will be used by housing, healthcare and education providers and run for two years with an option to extend for a further two years
The framework is divided into four lots broken down by contract value to provide a range of contractors from SMEs to national providers.
