£60m homes plan for Sheffield city centre scrubland

Social-impact developer Capital&Centric has lodged plans for a £60m neighbourhood on scrubland just outside Sheffield city centre.
The Manchester-based firm wants to build 192 rental homes in a cluster of new buildings packed with shared spaces – including lounges, a leafy courtyard and a rooftop terrace with city views.
