£55m Sheffield build-to-rent scheme approved

Manchester developer Beech Holdings has secured planning permission for a £55m build-to-rent scheme on Meadow Street in Sheffield.
The Sheffield Gardens development, designed by architect Leach Rhodes Walker, will deliver 158 flats and a large, private gym, external landscaped courtyard, and roof-top gardens.
Works will begin in the last months of 2024 with the demolition of the current dilapidated and unused commercial buildings on site.Chief executive Stephen Beech said.“This is a
