£500m road surfacing framework market call

A major £500m surfacing framework covering roads across the North East is out for early market consultation.
The Association of North East Councils, through procurement body NEPO, is laying the groundwork for its next-generation NEPO210 Highway Surfacing Works Framework, which will span up to eight years from November 2025.
