500-home block to replace 19 storey Sutton office tower

Plans are in for a landmark £250m residential scheme of over 500 homes in Sutton, Surrey.
The Press Works project will comprise 312 build to rent and 195 co-living homes located directly opposite Sutton train station.
Subject to approval, development work is scheduled to commence on site in 2026.The redevelopment will retain and repurpose 56% of the existing structure, an office tower known as Quadrant House previous home to publisher Reed Elsevier.
