£300m former Red Arrows base redevelopment bids invited

West Lindsey District Council is inviting bids from developers and investors to become delivery partner for the redevelopment of the former Red Arrows airbase at RAF Scampton.
The council has submitted an interest in acquiring the West Lindsey site in Lincolnshire with view to bringing forward a £300m redevelopment.
Now the council is looking for a partner to take a lead in managing, master planning and regenerating the site.
Outline plans for the site, dependant on the success of funding
