£191m revamp funding approved for London Barbican Centre

A major programme of critical repairs and upgrades to the iconic Barbican Centre can now proceed after a £191m funding packages was approved.
The funding from The City of London Corporation will support a five-year project of works to secure the future of the renowned brutalist grade-II listed site.
