£113m Basildon rental homes scheme seals build finance

A joint venture between Orwell Real Estate and Housing Growth Partnership has secured finance to build a landmark build to rent scheme in Basilton town centre.
The project comprises 492 flats and around 1,650 sq m of commercial space, significantly contributing to Basildon’s £600m regeneration masterplan.
