£110m Liverpool Metalworks resi scheme gets nod

Liverpool-based Jarron Developments has gained planning for its £110m Metalworks residential scheme in the city’s Pumpfields district.
Designed by architect Falconer Chester Hall, the 16-storey scheme will transform a prominent site at the junction of Leeds Street and Vauxhall Road.
