Calorie counts on fast food menus helped people cut back, but the change didn’t last

A new study shows that the measure requiring large restaurant chains to display calorie information may not be changing behavior as much as you might think. The study found at first people were cutting back an average of 60 calories, but that number dropped to 23 calories after a year.
